Warehouse Supervisor - Consumer Goods - East Java (C-124009)

Our client is a Multinational Consumer Goods company. Currently, they are looking for Warehouse Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning and achieving KPIs.
• Ensure safety standards are followed for staff, materials, and facilities.
• Develop and implement warehouse operating procedures.
• Oversee inventory management, stock counts, and reporting.
• Improve warehouse layout and logistics flow.
• Assign, train, and develop warehouse staff for higher efficiency.
• Monitor team performance, conduct appraisals, and build team collaboration.
• Other responsibility as needed.

Job Requirements

• Business English proficiency (fluency in communicating with foreigners).
• Min. 3 years as Warehouse Supervisor in a medium or large manufacture (>100 employees).
• Experienced & familiar with automation, lean production, ERP/WMS/MES systems, warehouse operations, risk control, cost efficiency.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and good analytical skill.
