Overview

Our client, a company engaged in aluminum packaging manufacturing, is currently seeking candidates for the position of Warehouse Supervisor, to be based in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for warehouse area division, optimized cargo space, and equipment configuration, developing storage plans to improve space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Supervise the entire process of receiving, warehousing, inventory, and shipping, train employees on standardized operations, and ensure a 99% or higher consistency rate between inventory and inventory.
• Analyze inventory turnover data, establish safety stock standards, reduce obsolete materials, and lower overall warehousing costs by over 10%.
• Implement fire and theft prevention measures, conduct regular safety drills, handle emergencies (such as fires and floods), and ensure the safety of personnel and materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Proven ability to optimize warehouse layout, improve space utilization, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Skilled in analyzing inventory data, managing safety stock, and implementing cost-reduction strategies.
• Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and emergency response procedures (fire, flood, theft prevention).
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
