Your Contribution

• Check Delivery Note (DN) in ERP system at least 3 times daily.
• Create picking list in ERP based on DN for 2 days ahead preparation.
• Report nonconformities between DN and actual to Customer Service (CS).
• Create handling units in ERP according to packed items.
• Prepare shipping instructions (Forwarding Order) in ERP, especially for local customers.
• Post DNGI for local and export customers on the same date as delivery.
• Arrange trucking orders for local customers with transportation providers appointed by Purchasing.
• Print identification labels and attach to pallets, including necessary details and CoA from QC Lab.
• Prioritize local deliveries over export on the same day.
• Ensure trucks/containers are in good condition for transport.
• Verify export trucks/containers align with Shipping Instructions, including destination info and DN.
• Print DN with truck/container info and driver details as delivery proof, signed by outbound and transport parties.
• Process return tubing tickets in SAP within 1 day of receipt.
• Ensure Goods Issue (GI) is posted in ERP for all work orders.
• Monitor activities related to receiving, internal movements, spare parts, and outbound shipments.
• Create purchase requests in SAP based on warehouse needs.
• Send regular reports to Warehouse Supervisor or Supply Chain Manager as needed.
• Participate in audits conducted by Finance and follow up on findings (GMP, EHS, 5S, etc.).
• Assist in preparing materials for production and receiving finished goods (FG).
• Assist unloading processes for incoming shipments.
• Act as Deputy Warehouse Supervisor during absence.
• Post GI, create delivery orders, process tubing returns in SAP, and generate purchase requests.

Your Profile

• Specialist/Expert in warehouse logistics with additional training in business administration, warehousing, and logistics.
• 3-4 years leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, stock management, or inventory.
• Entrepreneurial, service-oriented mindset, effective leadership, proficiency in English, SAP WM/MM, MS Office, Excel.
• Knowledge of inbound, storage, outbound processes, and related documentation in warehouse operations.
