Responsibilities
- Control and monitor warehouse stock movement, documentation, and layout to ensure inventory accuracy, product quality, and compliance with standards.
- Ensure mutation of goods is controlled through the system in accordance with required documentation (incoming goods, exit goods, culling, stock mutation).
- Provide routine alerts to the sales team on stock levels near expiration date, overstock, and understock.
- Send routine stock demand to the DSP team to maintain target stock on hand.
- Coordinate with DSP to schedule goods receipt from principals and ensure acceptance according to principal criteria.
- Control damaged goods: create LBR (Report Damaged Goods), process manufacture and approval of LBPR, and handle LPBR actions (destruction or claim to principal through Department FA).
- Maintain layout according to pallet ID use, stock card updates, DSP controls (Product Status List), and periodic goods mutations.
- Monitor warehouse and MHE (Material Handling Equipment) infrastructure, follow up improvements, and routinely report to the logistics coordinator/region.
- Plan improvements for warehouse activities, arrangements, and facilities to achieve standards within SDN.
- Plan and manage subordinate work activities, including labor planning, to optimize warehouse team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; preference for Industrial Engineering, Management, or Logistics Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Finished Goods Warehouse (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong understanding of racking warehouses, multi‑SKU management, MHE operations (forklift, reach truck, etc.), and multi‑location warehouses.
- Knowledge of 5R principles and safety practices.
- Willingness to be located at the Surabaya Refinery.
