We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Officer to join our team at PT Indonesia Defence Services in South Tangerang Banten. As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations. This full‑time position is crucial in supporting the overall logistics and distribution activities of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained

Coordinate the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles to ensure timely distribution of goods

Implement and maintain efficient storage and retrieval systems

Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they follow standard operating procedures

Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner

Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to optimise warehouse operations

Ensure the warehouse facility and equipment are well‑maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industry

Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressure

Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory control software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and external stakeholders
