Warehouse Manufacturing Manager (Raw Material)

About the Role: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Warehouse Manufacturing Manager (Raw Material) to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient flow of materials throughout the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse staff, improving inventory accuracy, implementing lean practices, and driving performance to support production and shipping schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, material handling, and shipping
• Implement lean warehousing practices to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure safety
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely material availability for production
• Manage efficient return process of waste and unused production materials
• Collaborate with production, planning, and procurement teams to ensure alignment and support operational needs
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse team members to meet operational goals
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Oversee maintenance and organization of warehouse equipment, layout, and storage systems
• Develop KPIs and reporting to monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing setting
• Strong understanding of warehouse systems, inventory management, and ERP platforms
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive process improvement, and manage change
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
