A leading lifestyle product retailer is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Karawang, Indonesia. Responsibilities include managing all warehouse operations, overseeing logistics, and ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, proficiency in WMS, and be fluent in Mandarin and English. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
Manage all aspects of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, shipping of goods, and department budgets.
Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory, delivery operations, efficient distribution and logistics.
Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, train warehouse employees
Establish and enforce safety procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure the facility complies with health, safety, and security regulations.
Monitoring warehouse KPI reports comprehensively and analyze KPI achievement.
Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory through audits, and optimize the warehouse layout for efficiency.
