A leading lifestyle product retailer is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Karawang, Indonesia. Job description

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, shipping of goods, and department budgets.

Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory, delivery operations, efficient distribution and logistics.

Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, train warehouse employees

Establish and enforce safety procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure the facility complies with health, safety, and security regulations.

Monitoring warehouse KPI reports comprehensively and analyze KPI achievement.

Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory through audits, and optimize the warehouse layout for efficiency.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 5 years experience as Warehouse Manager & handling Warehouse / Logistics.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management System (WMS) & people management especially in Retail industry.
• Strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written & spoken).
• Loyal and willing to work under pressure situation.
• Willing to be placed in Kawasan Industri Surya Cipta Karawang.
