As Warehouse Manager, responsible for the management of the warehouse in the factory, ensuring operational efficiency, optimal stock management, and smooth distribution of raw and packaged materials. Supervise the warehouse team, implement an effective inventory management system, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations including Halal & CPKB standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished products.
• Implement Warehouse Management System to monitor stock and operational efficiency.
• Ensure storage of goods in accordance with CPKB and Halal standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout to improve space and workflow efficiency.
• Manage the warehouse team, provide training, and improve operational performance.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure raw material availability and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular stock audits and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
• Understand WMS system and FIFO/FEFO method in inventory management.
• Experience in team management and large-scale warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of GMP, ISO 9001:2015 and Halal regulations in the storage of cosmetic ingredients.
