Qualifications

• 7 years experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) especially in Retail & Distribution Business.
• Strong leadership talent and ability to manage individuals or teams.
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word).

About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee all operational activities within our Non-ASRS warehouse operations. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in warehouse management while maintaining service excellence.

In this role, you will get to :

• Lead, control, and monitor day-to-day operations of warehouse activities.
• Ensure stock accuracy and proper inventory management practices.
• Drive productivity and efficiency of warehouse resources.
• Achieve and maintain agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) in all warehouse processes.
• Control and optimize department cost per unit to ensure operational efficiency.
• Establish and implement effective storage models and warehouse systems.
• Conduct capacity analysis to ensure sufficient warehouse space and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth and timely logistics operations.
• Continuously improve warehouse processes to support business growth and operational excellence.

What you will Need to Succeed :

• 7 years experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) especially in Retail & Distribution Business.
• Ability to lead and manage individuals or teams in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives.
• Strong leadership talent, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
• Strong management ability is preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word).
• Willing to work placement in Kalijati Subang, West Java.
