Job description

Inventory Management

• Matching accurate stock availability and in accordance with needs.
• Implementing an effective inventory management system, such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
• Conducting regular stock counts and observing differences between records and physical goods.
• Optimizing warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and efficiency.

Management Staff

• Supervising, training, and displaying warehouse staff performance.
• Assigning tasks and responsibilities, and arranging staff work schedules.
• Appealing to safety standards and operational procedures.

Warehouse Operations

• Overseeing the receipt, storage, and delivery of goods.
• Seeing that goods are stored safely and securely.
• Managing the transfer of goods within the warehouse, including the use of heavy equipment such as forklifts.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as procurement and transportation, to ensure smooth logistics.

Safety and Compliance

• Approval of occupational safety and health (K3) regulations.
• Implementing procedures for handling hazardous materials and tools used.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure the warehouse meets safety and quality standards.

Reporting and Analysis

• Create reports and statistics on inventory status, receiving, shipping, and warehouse performance.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and find solutions to operational problems.
• Deliver plans and strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Qualification

• Minimum education is S1 (preferably Management/Engineering).
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in warehousing.
• Able to develop and implement good management and Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Understand Warehouse Management System (WMS) & Inventory Management (IM).
• Have high work commitment and motivation.
• Understand FIFO System Implementation in Warehouse Management.
