Job summary

A leading logistics company in Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Manager to maintain customer relationships and prepare tenders. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in warehouse management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in English and Mandarin. This position is critical for developing the warehouse team and reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as Warehouse Manager/Head of Warehouse.
• Knowledge to maintain and develop operational warehouse.
• Ability to speak English and Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with customers.
• Prepare documents related to company's tenders.
• Create reports for the CEO.

Preparing every needs, related to company's tenders

Creating report (weekly/monthly/yearly) to CEO

Being representative of HR, to develop competencies of warehouse team also monitoring their performance

Qualifications:

Min. education Bachelor Degree or Master Degree (any major) from reputable university

At least 5-10 years of experience as Warehouse Manager/Head of Warehouse for logistics and freight forwarding company

Having knowledge to maintain and develop operational warehouse

Excellent in leadership, communications, negotiations and interpersonal skills

Able to speak english and mandarin will be plus point

Able to join as soon as possible
