Job summary

A leading distribution company in Bali is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily logistics operations, improve performance, and manage staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 and 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG or Pharma sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is required, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a similar position from FMCG/Pharma distribution company.
• Computer literacy is a must.

Job description

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate logistics and warehouse daily operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, outbound processes, ensuring efficient transportation, and distribution of products.
• Monitor and improve warehouse performance, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers or branches.
• Manage and lead warehouse staff, including task assignments, performance evaluations, and training.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree (any major) from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00.
2. Having 2 years experience in the related field (in the same position) from FMCG/Pharma Distribution company.
3. Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (excel), business office software (SAP), and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
4. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
5. Strong leadership, target & customer oriented, detail, initiative & communicative.
6. Preferably domicile in Bali & Palembang.
