Warehouse Coordinator (Mandarin Speakers)

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision and guidance for the warehouse's receiving, storage, and shipping processes, promptly resolving any issues that arise.
• Communicate and coordinate with the logistics department to ensure effective coordination between material supply and demand.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, investigate and address overages and shortages, and ensure inventory data accuracy.
• Update inventory records promptly and enter shipping information into the system, maintaining real‑time accurate inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese.
• Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, etc.) with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately and generate reports.

Location: Medan, Maluku Utara, and Sulawesi Tengah (Medan, OBI, IWIP, IMIP site).
