Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at our RPU Megaluh facility to oversee efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will maintain inventory accuracy and support overall supply chain objectives.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing daily warehouse activities, and ensuring accurate inventory records using WMS. Candidates should have 2–3 years in warehouse roles, WMS proficiency, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in logistics, SCM, or related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or coordinator role.
• Proficiency with WMS and MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train warehouse staff on receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products.
• Manage daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound logistics, material handling, and inventory control.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all inventory movements using WMS.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Identify and resolve operational issues such as shipping delays or damaged goods.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, productivity, and shipping accuracy.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Valid forklift operator certification is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
