Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a logistics assistant to perform daily logistics and distribution tasks to support timely deliveries, handle loading/unloading and movement of goods safely and accurately, and follow SOPs, safety and quality standards.

As a member of JAPFA, a leading agribusiness with operations across Asia, you will help maintain shipment documentation, track deliveries, resolve minor operational issues, keep a clean and safe workspace, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform daily logistics and distribution tasks to support timely deliveries
• Handle loading, unloading, and movement of goods safely and accurately
• Follow logistics SOPs, safety, and quality standards
• Ensure accuracy of shipment documentation and delivery records
• Support tracking of deliveries and basic status updates
• Assist in resolving minor operational issues and delays
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work practices
• Support productivity targets and continuous improvement initiatives
