Job description

Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management: Oversee all processes including receiving, storage, and shipping to ensure operational requirements are met within the specified timeframes.
2. Operational Efficiency Improvement: Manage daily warehouse operations, continuously optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency. Track business goals, including metrics such as quality, cycle time, cost, and safety.
3. System Optimization: Identify challenges and pain points in on-site operations, propose optimization suggestions based on the current system, and ensure implementation. Responsibilities include raising requirements, assisting in documentation preparation, and supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new functionalities.
4. Warehouse Safety System Development: Manage and audit the safety of the centralized warehouse, ensuring workplace safety for personnel and secure handling of materials during storage and transportation.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or related fields, with hands‑on warehouse management and operations. Experience in overall management is preferred.
2. Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems, with experience in system optimization or WMS implementation planning preferred.
3. Strong team collaboration skills, with a responsible, diligent, and practical work ethic.
4. Diploma or higher in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
5. Flexibility to accommodate irregular overtime and work demands.
6. Fluent Mandarin & Bahasa Indonesia, can speak English is an advantage.
