Job summary

Japfa is seeking a diligent Warehouse Operative in Lampung, Indonesia to support daily operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. You will help maintain accuracy and safety in handling materials and inventory while following SOPs and housekeeping standards.

You will operate basic warehouse equipment, assist with stock counts, and report issues to supervisors, contributing to productivity targets and ongoing improvement initiatives within a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Handle materials, products, and inventory accurately and safely.
• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and systems as required.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper labelling and stock movements.
• Assist in stock counts and inventory checks.
• Report operational issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Support productivity targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
