As part of its continuous growth, our client is seeking a highly qualified professional to take on the role of VP Financial Controller. The position is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of accounting, tax, procurement, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous improvement in financial operations.
  • Manage corporate finance activities, including capital management, funding strategies, and financial modeling to support business growth.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies (including OJK), ensuring transparent communication and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team to guide decision-making, risk management, and long-term financial planning.
  • Drive process optimization and implement strong internal controls across finance-related functions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to align financial goals with operational and strategic priorities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 6 years in a leadership role managing teams and complex financial operations.
  • Proven experience in the financial services industry - such as multibanking, lending, or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, including financial modeling, capital structure, and investment analysis.
  • Experience managing regulatory compliance, particularly with OJK and other financial authorities.
