DBS Bank Ltd seeks a Vice President, Corporate Banking Marketing to lead strategic marketing for the Institutional Banking Group from DBS Jakarta. You will shape campaigns, drive thought leadership, manage flagship events, and partner with relationship managers to accelerate client growth.

The role emphasizes digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven decision making to enhance brand presence in corporate banking across key market segments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with IBG priorities.
• Translate objectives into integrated initiatives across awareness, consideration, engagement, and conversion.
• Support customer acquisition, relationship deepening, and cross-sell through targeted programmes.
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen market positioning and client engagement.
• Lead end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage sector-focused, product-led, and client programmes across Large Corporates, Mid-Cap, SME, FIG, and priority segments.
• Drive excellence across content, digital, media, events, sponsorships, and owned channels.
• Ensure campaigns align with brand, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
• Strengthen DBS IBG’s reputation as a trusted and strategic partner.
• Develop and amplify thought leadership content, executive communications, client stories, and insights.
• Increase visibility of DBS executives and subject matter experts through media and partnerships.
• Support initiatives reinforcing DBS’ leadership across priority industries and solutions.
• Design and execute strategic client engagement programmes, forums, roundtables, and flagship events.
• Ensure events serve lead generation, relationship building, and executive engagement.
• Work with Relationship Managers on post-event follow-up and opportunity development.
• Monitor event effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
• Leverage digital channels and marketing tech to improve reach, targeting, and lead generation.
• Drive optimisation of websites, SEO/GEO, content discoverability, and marketing automation.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact.
• Champion data-driven decision making and continuous optimisation.
• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to IBG leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Brand, External Communications, Digital Marketing, Internal Communications, and Creative Production.
• Work with regional teams to maximise alignment and leverage assets and best practices.
• Manage agencies, vendors, and external partners where required.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure ROI.
• Adhere to DBS governance, compliance, procurement, and risk management standards.
• Monitor programme delivery, reporting, and performance tracking.
