Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and sales goals.
• Create and maintain store layouts, floor plans, and product displays to optimize product placement.
• Lead and train store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of visual displays and conduct store visits to audit standards.
• Manage budgets for display materials, oversee the installation and maintenance of displays.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandising Manager.
• Experience in a retail environment, understanding of sales statistics and consumer trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and creativity skills.
• Loyal and willing to work under pressure.
• Willing to be mobile all around Indonesia.
