Job summary

Casa del Sol, part of LYD Bali Group, invites a Visual Merchandiser / Fashion Designer to shape our retail spaces and create clothing that reflects each venue’s DNA.

You will design moodboards, sketches and mockups, work with production partners, plan in-store displays, and collaborate with Retail, Creative and Marketing teams on launches and campaigns in Bali.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising or fashion design in retail.
• Strong portfolio with moodboards and sketches.
• Proficiency in Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Ability to translate brand identity into wearable products.

Responsibilities

• Design clothing and merchandise concepts aligned with each LYD venue identity.
• Develop moodboards, sketches, technical drawings and mockups.
• Plan and execute in-store displays and window displays to drive engagement and sales.
• Keep visual standards consistent across the store, in line with each venue’s brand.
• Work closely with the Retail, Creative and Marketing teams on collection launches and campaigns.
• Monitor trends, customer preferences and stock movement to refresh displays and product ideas.

Job Description

Casa del Sol is where our venues’ worlds become wearable and collectable. As Visual Merchandiser / Fashion Designer, you will shape how our retail space looks and feels, and design clothing that reflects the brand DNA of each LYD venue.

• Design clothing and merchandise concepts aligned with the identity of LYD Bali Group venues
• Develop moodboards, sketches, technical drawings and mockups, and work with production partners
• Plan and execute in-store displays, window displays and styling that drive engagement and sales
• Keep visual standards consistent across the store, in line with each venue’s brand
• Work closely with the Retail, Creative and Marketing teams on collection launches and campaigns
• Monitor trends, customer preferences and stock movement to refresh displays and product ideas

Requirements

• Experience in visual merchandising, fashion design, or a similar creative retail role
• Strong portfolio showing original design work (sketches, moodboards, mockups)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar
• Strong eye for colour, fabric, styling and brand storytelling
• Ability to translate brand identity into wearable, sellable products
• Good communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate
