Job summary

NPURE - PT. Penta Natural Kosmetindo seeks a skilled 3D design professional to craft retail branding assets and immersive in-store experiences.

You will develop functional displays, booths, gondolas, and related fixtures while ensuring brand integrity and production feasibility. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in 3D software such as SketchUp/3ds Max/Blender, and strong collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in 3D design, visual merchandising, retail design, exhibition, or similar roles.
• Proficient in 3D design and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or other technical drawing software.
• Experience creating retail displays, booths, gondolas, POP/POSM, store fixtures, or exhibition stands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D designs for retail branding and in-store materials.

Job description

• Create 3D designs for retail branding and visual merchandising assets, including booths, gondolas, display units, glorifiers, and other in-store materials.
• Develop creative and functional retail displays that reflect NPURE’s brand identity and enhance the consumer shopping experience.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, dimensions, material specifications, and production-ready files for fabrication.
• Collaborate with the Offline Branding & Activation team to translate campaign concepts and brand guidelines into compelling retail executions.
• Coordinate with production vendors to ensure designs are technically feasible and executed according to specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits and supervise the production and installation process to ensure the final execution matches the approved design.
• Revise and optimize designs based on production feedback, site conditions, and technical requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
• Ensure all visual merchandising and retail assets are delivered with strong attention to detail, functionality, aesthetics, and production feasibility.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in 3D design, visual merchandising, retail design, exhibition, or similar roles.

• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, construction details, and production feasibility.
• Able to create detailed technical drawings and production specifications.
• Good understanding of visual merchandising, spatial design, branding, and retail experience.
• Strong attention to detail with good aesthetic and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Willing to conduct site visits and supervise production/installation when required.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
