A leading fashion company in Indonesia is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to lead the planning and execution of visual merchandising programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or design, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, which plays a key part in enhancing the shopping experience for consumers.
Purpose: Interpret global/regional VM Guidelines and seasonal concepts for local execution; lead the planning, development and execution of affiliate visual merchandising packages; ensure VM programs are consistent with key strategic choices in AOP & SBP and provide a positive shopping experience for consumers; coordinate the development of VM Development Plans for new and renewal stores; understand all environments where the brand is exposed to the consumer and specialize into a channel and specific needs.
