About the Role

AIA is looking for an enthusiastic Visual Designer Intern to join our Marketing Team (Customer Engagement) and help us to develop and design visual assets for customer communication campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visual assets for customer communication campaigns, primarily for WhatsApp and email channels.
• Create campaign collaterals, including banners, infographics, and supporting communication materials.
• Ensure all visual assets are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate communication briefs into effective visual designs.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and color principles.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in developing visual communication materials.
• Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work from the Jakarta office (WFO).
