A hospitality company in Bali is seeking a VIP Coordinator to manage VIP reservations and ensure smooth service. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with VIP guests and handle their requests professionally. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams during peak hours and monitoring reservation pipelines. Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate VIP reservations, seating plans, and table allocations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, partners, and agencies.
• Actively present on the floor during peak hours to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Brief and coordinate with Host, Supervisors, and Bar/Service teams regarding VIP needs and preferences.
• Handle VIP requests, complaints, and unexpected situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain database of VIP guests, visit frequency, preferences, and spending patterns.
• Monitor reservation pipeline and optimize table turnover and minimum spend targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Events for special events, DJ nights, and guest lists.
