Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and with friendliness.
• Provide high-level guest service by offering information about the villa and its services.
• Monitor the villa's condition and its equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the villa premises.
• Attend the villa's technical maintenance, including fixing minor repairs if necessary.
• Communicate effectively with guests in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Handle arising guest issues and requests with tolerance and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure harmonious operations.
• Maintain clear communication with Team member.
