Description
Responsible for delivering personalized and exceptional guest service throughout the guest's stay in villa. The Villa Host ensures all guest needs are anticipated, coordinated, and fulfilled to provide luxurious, seamless, and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide personalized assistance and fulfill special guest requests promptly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Engineering to ensure smooth villa operations.
- Handle guest luggage, amenities setup, and in-villa dining arrangements.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and readiness of the villa before guest arrival.
- Ensure privacy, discretion, and confidentiality for all guests.
- Prepare and serve beverages, light meals, or special arrangements as required.
- Manage guest preferences and communicate them to relevant departments.
- Provide local insights, arrange transportation, tours, and restaurant reservations.
- Handle guest complaints or issues tactfully and report to the Villa Manager.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Indonesian citizen, with a minimum 1 – 2 years of experience as a Butler or Villa Host at luxury properties
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage).
- Well‑groomed, courteous, and guest‑oriented personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of F&B service standards (Butler certification is an advantage)
- Proactive problem solver with a service mindset, a team player with a positive attitude.
