Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Villa Manager to oversee daily operations of a private luxury villa. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experience, manage staff, maintain the property, and handle administrative and financial responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the villa
  • Ensure property is well-maintained, clean and functioning
  • Supervise housekeeping, gardening, security, and maintenance
  • Staff Management – Recruit, train, schedule, and manage villa staff; Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline; Conduct regular meetings with staff
  • Guest Services – Ensure VIP-level hospitality services; Handle guest in & out; Manage guest requests and complaints professionally
  • Maintenance & Inventory – Schedule routine maintenance and inspections; Manage the guest menu list and liaise with the chef and staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional guest experience; Track and restock supplies; Manage villa budget and expenses; Handle petty cash and invoices; Prepare operational reports
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in villa/hotel/property management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills (English is required; Bahasa Indonesia preferred; Mandarin is a plus)
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
