Role Summary: Sparks Sports Academy is where kids learn sports in a fun, creative, and energetic way. With our growing network of branches, we’re looking for (1) Videographer and (1) Video Editor who are ready to bring the Sparks experience to life through inspiring visuals and storytelling. You’ll capture and create moments that highlight the energy, joy, and spirit of Sparks kids, from the field to the final cut!

1. Videographer

As our Videographer, you’ll be the eye behind the lens, capturing authentic, energetic moments during classes, events, and promo shoots.

What You’ll Do

• Confidently use both camera and smartphone for high-quality documentation (indoor & outdoor)

• Set up lighting, angles, and composition for the best storytelling

• Collaborate with the content & marketing team to ensure visual consistency with our brand tone

• Manage video equipment and ensure readiness before every shoot

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with positivity and creativity

What We’re Looking For

• Expert in camera operation (mirrorless/DSLR, gimbal, lenses) and shooting techniques

• Skilled in framing, composition, and lighting setup

• Creative, detail-oriented, and great with kids & family content

• Familiar with social media video formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

• 2+ years of experience in videography

• Ability to swim is a plus!

2. Video Editor

As our Video Editor, you’ll transform raw footage into colorful, engaging content that captures the heart of Sparks.

What You’ll Do

• Edit raw footage into polished content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

• Add fun motion graphics and visual effects that match Sparks’ tone

• Mix clean and clear audio for kids’ voices and coaches’ instructions

• Collaborate with the content & marketing team to deliver fresh, creative materials

• Keep up with video trends to make every post exciting and shareable

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, and CapCut

• Skilled in storytelling, rhythm, and pacing for short-form videos

• Detail-oriented and creative, especially for kids & family content

• Familiar with social media trends and formats

• 2+ years of experience in video editing
