Job summary

Aceon Games is seeking a video editor to produce and edit content for its gaming and esports channels. You will craft short-form videos for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, while also delivering longer-form YouTube content such as match reviews and team features.

You will localize content for the Indonesian market with appropriate subtitles and local audio, with support for English output for other markets. Speed and accuracy in matching day timelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific editing for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
• Experience delivering fast-turnaround edits for live events.

• Produce longer-form content for YouTube including match reviews, team features, and season recaps
• Handle Indonesia market localization: add accurate, colloquial Indonesian subtitles with local audio and cultural adaptation; assist with English content output for other markets as needed
• Deliver match day highlight clips quickly after matches end; fast turnaround on live events is a core expectation of this role

Requirements

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent professional editing software
• Deep familiarity with Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels — knows what editing rhythm, transitions, and audio actually work on these platforms
• Strong platform instincts: knows what kind of opening hooks viewers, what sound effects land emotionally, and what pacing fits gaming content — stays current with trending formats
• A genuine gaming or esports content consumer — regularly watches gaming videos and has an intuitive feel for what resonates with players
• English could be working language
• Able to deliver reliably under deadline pressure; match day fast-turnaround scenarios are a real part of this job

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic motion graphics or visual effects capability
• Candidates with voice acting experience or relevant skills are preferred.
