Job summary

Witech Inovasi Indonesia is seeking a reliable part-time Video Creator & Video Editor to manage content from concept planning through shooting and post-production for company promotion and social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

You will plan concepts, shoot and edit videos with color grading, audio sync, basic motion graphics and subtitles, and ensure content fits each platform’s trends. A strong portfolio is required, and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and producing short video content for social media.
• Ability to edit with color grading, sound sync and basic motion graphics.
• Portfolio of video work submitted with application.
• Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Job description

We are seeking a reliable part-time Video Creator & Video Editor responsible for producing creative video content. You will be involved from concept planning, shooting/videography process, to video editing (cutting, color grading, motion graphics) for company promotion and social media needs (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Key responsibilities

Plan concepts, story ideas, and creative video shooting angles that are engaging and attractive

Conduct shooting/videography and execute product/promotion video production for the company

Perform video editing (cutting, color grading, audio synchronisation, basic motion graphics, and subtitles)

Produce high-quality video content tailored to various digital platforms

Follow current video content trends to increase company social media engagement

About you

Willing to work part-time

Creative, innovative, and able to generate many new ideas

Hardworking, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn

Able to work independently and within a team

Able to create, edit, and produce engaging and creative videos

Proficient in professional video editing applications or tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)

Familiar with camera/videography operations, lighting setup, and social media video trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

High initiative and able to follow technology developments and digital trends

Mandarin language skills are an added value

Must have a portfolio of video/video reel work (required to be submitted when applying)
