Job summary

Wright Partners is seeking a Venture Architect in Indonesia to build end-to-end venture creation and contribute to the success of ventures within a team of specialists. The role suits self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset who embrace challenges and excel in problem-solving.

You will support development and scale-up of start-ups from inception to market, analyze customer problems, and structure ambiguous challenges to deliver measurable value. This position is based in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in venture building, strategy, business operations, management consulting, business analysis, market research, project management, or other roles involving problem-solving, commercial analysis, and execution.
• Experienced in doing commercial strategy, market sizing, and monetisation
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
• Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
• Location: Must be based in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and scale-up of a start-up from inception to commercial launch.
• Work collaboratively to understand the customer's problem statements.
• Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
• Analyse the market's value chain, cost structure, and profit pools.
• Develop a business model that delivers outsized value to the customers.
• Create and deliver a go-to-market plan.
• Establish trust-based relationships with business partners to serve the venture better
