Bidding Management or Vendor Management is responsible for managing the procurement of non-production materials and services, including sourcing vendors and overseeing the bidding process. This role ensures cost‑effective and timely acquisition of goods and services to support the organization's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors for non-production materials and services.
  • Conduct market research to find reliable and cost-effective suppliers.
  • Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) during the bidding process.
  • Evaluate vendor bidding based on cost, quality, delivery time, and other criteria.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost standards.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and cost savings.
Requirements
