Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with furniture and electronics installation vendors.
- Understand the scope of work, workflow, and technical requirements for furniture and electronics installation projects.
- Source, evaluate, and select vendors with the right capacity and experience in installation work (e.g., AC, TV, refrigerator, furniture assembly).
- Conduct vendor profiling and negotiation to ensure competitive pricing and quality performance.
- Coordinate and monitor the first shipment and implementation process to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Manage vendor contracts throughout the full lifecycle— from request, creation, renewal, to expiry.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, operations) to ensure vendor performance aligns with company standards.
- Prepare regular reports on vendor performance, contract status, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to vendor management.
- Maintain accurate data and tracking using Microsoft Excel or other reporting tools.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or project coordination, preferably within furniture or electronics industries.
- Has strong vendor relations and a good understanding of installation workflows for furniture and electronics.
- Skilled in sourcing, negotiation, and vendor evaluation.
- Knowledgeable in contract management and vendor documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, vendor tracking, and reporting).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel or coordinate with vendors across regions when needed.
