Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end vendor relationships with multiple partners across diverse regions, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
  • Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, service levels, contractual terms, and change management.
  • Maintain up-to-date, compliant vendor agreements and statements of work aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Finance, Procurement) to monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Benchmark vendor capabilities and costs to ensure competitiveness and support strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to annual budget planning and implement cost optimization initiatives.
  • Oversee billing and financial reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to contractual terms.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, representing vendor management in executive and strategic discussions.
  • Influence senior leaders to drive governance, performance excellence, and vendor strategy initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of vendor management professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, finance or related field.
  • Min 8 years of experience in vendor management, outsourcing and partnerships.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-country and complex vendor / partner ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in customer care or contact center environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • People leadership experience with small to mid-sized teams.
