Job description

The Value Delivery Lead (VDL) acts as the domain-level product owner responsible for ensuring that every AI and data initiative within their domain delivers measurable business value. Reporting to the Head of AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE), this role translates strategic business priorities into actionable AI/data use cases and drives their execution through agile squads. tracks business KPIs (EBITDA, ARPU, churn, cost optimization), and provides transparent ROI reporting to leadership. Each VDL will be assignet into several domains such as Hyper Personalization, Hyper Localization & B2B, Network Optimization, or enabler. The VDL ensures that all initiatives are clearly defined, value-focused, and successfully adopted by the business. This role bridges the gap between technical execution and business impact, ensuring AI becomes a sustainable enabler for revenue growth, efficiency, and customer experience improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, validate, and prioritize high-impact AI/data use cases aligned with domain OKRs.
  • Lead AI squads in executing use cases through iterative sprints and reviews.
  • Define success metrics and track financial or operational outcomes for each AI use case.
  • Work closely with business owners, translators, and technical teams to ensure adoption.
  • Collaborate with AI CoE leadership, Domain Lead, and Data Engineering for data readiness.
  • Report progress, results, and learnings to AI CoE Head and domain sponsors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or Management (MBA preferred).
  • 6–10 years of experience in AI/analytics program management, product ownership, or business performance roles.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle — from ideation to deployment and post-production monitoring.
  • Proven track record in measuring business impact and translating AI results into financial terms (EBITDA, ARPU, churn, cost).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience leading agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data-driven storytelling and communicating value to both technical and business audiences.
