JAPFA is seeking a hatchery operator to perform daily hatchery tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures and work instructions. Responsibilities include egg handling, incubation, chick processing, and cleaning to ensure smooth production.

Maintain cleanliness, biosecurity, and safety at all times; observe and report deviations in process, chick quality, or equipment; record daily operational data and support the team to keep hatchery operations on track.

Responsabilités

• Melaksanakan operasi penetasan harian sesuai SOP dan instruksi kerja.
• Melakukan tugas rutin termasuk penanganan telur, inkubasi, pemrosesan anak ayam, dan pembersihan.
• Menjaga standar kebersihan, biosekuriti, dan keselamatan setiap saat.
• Mengamati dan melaporkan kelainan dalam proses, kualitas anak ayam, atau peralatan.
• Mencatat data operasional harian sesuai kebutuhan.
• Mendukung aktivitas tim untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi penetasan.

Mencatat data operasional harian sesuai kebutuhan. Mendukung aktivitas tim untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi penetasan.
