About the Role:

We're looking for a talented UX Writer to join our team!

As a UX Writer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our products. You'll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers to craft clear, concise, and compelling user interface text. You will use your knack for understanding user needs and simplifying complex ideas to create a delightful user experience and help to guide junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• User Experience Writing: Write, edit, and audit clear, concise, and engaging user interface text, including microcopy, tooltips, error messages, and in‑app messaging.
• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with product goals and user needs, owning the content from initial concept to final implementation.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Act as the primary content expert on cross‑functional teams, guiding product development and providing mentorship to junior team members.
• User Research & Testing: Plan and execute content research and A/B tests to inform content decisions, measure performance, and improve user experience.
• Brand Voice and Tone: Serve as a guardian of our brand's voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all user‑facing content.
• Information Architecture: Partner with designers and product managers to map out user flows and information architecture, ensuring content is structured logically and intuitively.

Qualifications:

• A portfolio showcasing your experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, and/or other similar roles on shipped products.
• 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven ability to translate complex information and user needs into simple, engaging, and effective language.
• Experience with UX tools like Figma, Ditto, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience conducting content‑specific user research and A/B testing.
• A strong passion for crafting exceptional, intuitive, and user‑friendly products.
