Overview

Manage and supervise the daily operations of all utility systems, including the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), high-pressure boilers, cooling towers, and the Distributed Control System (DCS).

Responsibilities

• Monitor utility consumption (water, steam, coal, electricity), analyze performance data to identify inefficiencies, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of utility operators and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Handle administrative duties using SAP, including creating work orders, maintaining logs, and managing shift schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in utility operations with mandatory focus on high-pressure boiler systems and coal handling.
• Strong technical proficiency in DCS, SAP, and boiler/WTP/WWTP systems.
• Must be available for emergency call-outs to address critical utility failures.
