A leading company in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a professional to oversee utility operations and manage CAPEX projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in relevant engineering fields and at least three years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project budgets.
Responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of the utility supply in Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia, as well as overseeing all processes of Routine capex in TPI from the proposal to completion of the CAPEX Project
Accountabilities
Perform all cycles in the CAPEX process, from developing a capital budget, obtaining approval from Taisho headquarters, including monitoring and controlling according to the project scope of work.
Provides or facilitates the provision of full documentation in project life cycles, including URS, Design Qualification, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification documents, CAR approval, project execution, and coordinates all meeting activities related to the Capex project
Coordinate all stakeholders to create yearly CAPEX planning according to business needs.
Actively contribute to the procurement process and coordinate all the vendors appointed for the capex execution
Ensure all business processes of Utility operation, including operation, maintenance, and budgeting for all utility operations
Manage and drive all suppliers involved in the CAPEX Project are align with the budget schedule and follow all regulations applied, especially Safety and GMP regulations
To maintain and improve the building and utility system in PT Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia, ensure CAPA closing and Electronic Job Order (EJO) execution as a target
To maintain and ensure SOP-related building facilities, utility systems, and CAPEX are always in place and in use.
Ensure all business processes comply with the updated regulation ( GMP, EHS, HALAL, etc)
Project monitoring to achieve the target schedule and budget
Routine coordination and updates to all stakeholders
Ensure the operation and maintenance of the Utility are according to GMP and related regulations
Maintain the performance of the utility supply, ready to support production activities
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Industrial
Experience Requirements
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Pharmaceutical factory and a project.
Experience in handling projects with a budget range of IDR 100 mio – IDR 1 bio
Have a good knowledge of basic civil
Have a good knowledge of Designing and Project monitoring
Have a good command of AutoCAD 2D, MS Project, SharePoint, and MS Office
Good English skills, both oral & written
