Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in a power plant.
• 10 years managing High Pressure Circulated Fluidised Bed Boiler(s), combined with steam turbine(s) for power generation.
• 5 years managing WTP, WWTP.
• Willing to work in remote areas in Indonesia.

• Lead and organize a high-performing operational team, focusing on efficiency and issue resolution.
• Oversee asset management, ensuring adherence to quality standards and industry best practices.
• Implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization of plant processes and equipment.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring power plant, WTP, WWTP performance aligns with operational goals, regulations, and contracts.
• Work with Senior Management on business objectives, drive continuous improvement, and mentor staff through knowledge transfer initiatives.
