Job summary

KantorKu, in Indonesia, seeks educators to support MT Akademia by coaching, training, and direct classroom teaching. You will develop materials, collaborate with Academic Team, and participate in CBC sessions to share best practices and advance student outcomes.

The role involves conducting coaching sessions, engaging with students and parents, and delivering high-quality instruction, while building strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia.
• Conduct student/parent consultations with Student Advisors to outline pathways for academic goals.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address student issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
