Job summary

KantorKu is looking for an educator to provide coaching, training, and classroom instruction across USBN/UTBK prep. You will collaborate with Academic and Student Advisory teams to guide students and parents, conduct clinics, and contribute to curriculum development.

The role emphasizes engaging teaching methods, teamwork, and strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective class operations and student success.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions to enhance teaching skills under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students/parents with Student Advisors to outline pathways and maintain engagement.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
