Unit Head Development Program Uh Dp Production Packaging Start Asap

SMOORE Indonesia has become a group and has 4 plants in Indonesia: PT. Smoore Technology Indonesia – Malang, PT. Atomization Technology Indonesia – Pasuruan, PT. Merit Technology and Innovation Indonesia – Sidoarjo, PT. Genesis Technology Indonesia – Malang.

Production Line Leader will be placed in our 4th plant, PT. Genesis Technology Indonesia in Malang, and our 2nd plant, PT. Atomization Technology Indonesia in Pasuruan.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production process runs well by monitoring, guiding, and developing team members to achieve production quantity and quality.
• Do problem solving for issues that occur in production line by utilizing all resources.
• Provide systematic reports and maintain process administration to support analysis of production result.
• Implement company program and culture such as safety, 5S, and others.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above education.
• More than 2 years of basic management experience.
• Good communication in English, coordination skills, and execution skills.

IT - Production Line Maintenance Engineer

Responsibility: Be responsible for promoting the manufacturing system like manufacturing execution system, quality information system and equipment management system to the new plant, analyzing process differences, making corresponding solutions, doing system configuration, testing and user training.

Be responsible for the daily maintenance: collecting new requirements, outputting solutions with headquarters, and transferring system solutions to end users.

Be responsible for trouble‑shooting for the manufacturing system, guaranteeing stability of the manufacturing system.

Requirements & Skills

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Informatics Management, Information System or equivalent.
• Having 2-3 years experiences in related role.
• Familiar & understand IT infrastructure (server, network, storage, virtualization).
• Ability to perform software/hardware installation and configuration.
• Fluent in English or ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.

PT Aneka Mitra Gemilang (WINGS Group) Line Leader

Full‑time on‑site role for a Line Leader (Production) located in Kota Bekasi. The Line Leader will be responsible for overseeing production processes, coordinating with team members, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor of Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• Leadership and Team Management skills.
• Problem‑solving and Decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Production Packaging

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Proven experience in plastic manufacturing, particularly in the production of cups, bottles, or gallon containers.

Proficiency in PLC programming and automation systems.

Strong understanding of 5R principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Willingness to travel and be stationed at various production sites across Indonesia.

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of plastic packaging machines.

Lead the entire engineering team and develop proposals for machine repair, procurement of parts and spare parts for packaging machines.

Responsible for the efficiency of production packaging machines.

ICBP - Beverages - Water

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Proven experience in plastic manufacturing, particularly in the production of cups, bottles, or gallon containers.
