Mine Plan Supervisor – PT EVerde Global Mineral

As Mine Plan Supervisor at PT EVerde Global Mineral, you will support our team in preparing and implementing short-term and mid-term mine plans to ensure efficient and sustainable bauxite mining operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mine planning for bauxite.
• Proficient in mine planning and design software (Surpac, Vulcan, Arc GIS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

HSE Superintendent – Mining Operations

PT Unggul Dinamika Utama (UDU) is a leading Indonesian coal and mineral mining contractor providing integrated mining services. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Superintendent to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment functions at site level.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all mining activities comply with corporate policies, standards, and national HSE regulations.
• Supervise and monitor the implementation of safety systems across operations (drilling, hauling, blasting, maintenance, etc.).
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Promote and strengthen the "Zero Accident" culture through campaigns, trainings, and engagement programs.
• Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure effective corrective actions.
• Manage reporting of incidents, near misses, and HSE performance to management and authorities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE Management Systems in accordance with ISO 45001 and SMKP Minerba standards.
• Collaborate with operational departments to ensure every activity has a measurable safety plan.
• Guide, coach, and develop the site HSE team to maintain professional oversight of safety performance.
• Foster active participation of all employees and contractors in operational safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in mining, with at least 3 years in Superintendent or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of mining operational safety and compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations.
• Proficient in implementing SMKP Minerba and familiar with ISO 45001 & ISO 9001 systems.
• Preferably certified in POM, TOT, and Internal Auditor SMKP Minerba.
• Skilled in incident investigation, emergency response, safety training, and risk management.
• Capable of managing HSE data and reporting digitally.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Willing to work on a roster system at mining sites.

Mining Site Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily mining site operations
• Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure smooth activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mining site operations is strongly preferred
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• Willing to be stationed long-term at mining sites
• Able to drive (valid driving license required)

We support our clients through their entire project lifecycle from front-end studies to project execution, then further support them operating the assets, and developing business efficiencies. In this role you will be responsible for executing projects through a structured management process that begins with contextualizing the project, moving through set up, execution, evaluation and eventually close out, mostly on our client site in Indonesia.

You Bring To The Role Qualifications in a relevant mining engineering discipline (Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, C&I or Structural) combined with +5 years of solid experience in cross functional leadership roles in multi-disciplinary project environments, with a strong underground experience set. You have advanced safety awareness and an ability to function well as part of, and leading, a team environment. You will bring your demonstrated commercial and business development skills in conjunction with experience in engineering, procurement and construction, and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies. You value the client with strong client focus and have a well-developed written and oral communication skills.
