We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can translate product requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences that are both functional and visually refined.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile products
• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define and deliver features
• Create and maintain design systems, components, and style guides
• Improve usability through testing, iteration, and data-driven decisions
• Ensure consistency and quality across all product touchpoints
• Balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design (product-based environment preferred)
• Proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
• Ability to create clean, modern, and scalable UI designs
• Experience working with developers and understanding of design handoff
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills in Bahasa and English
