The RPA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business operations and improve efficiency. This role requires hands‑on experience with UiPath, Laiye, or similar RPA tools, along with strong programming and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath or Laiye.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing RPA applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize and enhance automation workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Perform end‑to‑end testing, validation, and deployment of automation scripts.
• Document automation solutions, technical designs, and process workflows.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection, and best practices.
• Provide support and training to end users for automated processes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of IT programming and development experience, including coding experience with UiPath, Python, and SQL.
• Strong logical thinking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Java, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere.
