  • As a business partner of Marketing Team, analyze brand performance trends especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to create the measurement and tracking of execution and results of each commercial program & initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Management:

  • Calculate, prepare, and submit all corporate tax returns in a timely manner (e.g., monthly and annual tax reports).
  • Utilize e‑SPT, e‑Billing, e‑Invoice, and e‑Filing systems to handle all tax‑related activities.
  • Ensure accurate, compliant tax documentation and maintain proper records for audits and management reviews.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cashflow statements, Raw Material reports, Work‑In‑Progress (WIP) reports, Finished Goods reports, and General Ledgers.
  • Ensure all financial activities are recorded accurately and on schedule.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ensure timely invoicing and reimbursements.

Compliance & Controls:

  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and relevant regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and update SOPs for the Finance, Accounting, and Tax department.
  • Monitor the workflow within the department to align with company SOPs and industry best practices.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal departments (Purchasing, Production, HR) and external stakeholders (banks, suppliers, tax authorities) to address finance‑ or tax‑related issues.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding late payments, disputes, or other financial concerns.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial operations and suggest system enhancements.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of financial accounting software and tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience with Indonesian tax regulations and reporting systems (e‑SPT, e‑Billing, e‑Invoice, e‑Filing).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
