A leading tire company is looking for a Sales Staff in Jakarta Utara. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the tire industry, particularly with heavy equipment or large tire companies. Proficiency in English is essential, and networking skills are a plus. This role involves maintaining customer relationships, processing sales, and analyzing market trends. A competitive salary based on experience is offered, along with opportunities for travel across Indonesia.
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the Tire field as a Sales IS A MUST, especially heavy equipment companies, large tire companies and mining companies is plus.
Have knowledge about TBR tire products, and OTR Tire is a PLUS
Able to speak English is a MUST, Mandarin is a PLUS (preferred)
Has an extensive network of relationships, especially in the heavy equipment, mining, plantation, transportation & logistics business circles.
Have good communication skills
Able to operate computer and MS Office.
Willing to travel around Indonesia
Greet & maintain customers and understand their needs.
Provide product information and demonstrate features.
Process sales transactions accurately.
Handle cash, credit, and returns efficiently.
Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions.
Identify potential leads and follow up as necessary.
Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
Maintain a positive attitude and stride for team success.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Report sales figures and customer feedback to supervisors.
Assist in stock management and replenishment.
Keep the sales area organized and presentable.
Promoting and marketing high quality tire products to consumers in the mining, plantation, transportation and logistics industries.
Analyze market information and potential business opportunities to develop innovative, creative, competitive and profitable sales strategies.
Follow up the sales agreement process up to the technical payment.
Tasked with carrying out sales promotions for the best quality large car tire products (tronton, loader).
Providing information on competitor activities and market conditions for leadership analysis needs.
Looking for prospective clients.
Analyzing Target Markets and Trends. Analyze target markets and effective trends to develop strategies.
Oversee daily sales operations and staff performance.
Motivate and coach sales staff to improve skills and productivity.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Train new sales staff and conduct ongoing training for existing team members.
Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints effectively.
Foster strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
Track individual and team performance against sales targets.
Adjust tactics and strategies based on performance metrics.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for restocking.
Ensure compliance with company policies on stock management.
Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to upper management.
Communicate updates, promotions, and company initiatives to the sales team.
