Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales, (Sales related in OTR/TBR/LTR TIRE industry is an advantage);
- Have connections and databased to mining companies / mining contractors / Heavy equipment supplier company in Indonesia;
- Have technical knowledge of TIRE is an advantage;
- Minimum D3/University Graduate is preferred;
- Outgoing and performance‑driven personality with an analytical mind and strategic thinking abilities;
- Proven track record of achieving sales target.
- Ability to plan, work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Have strong interpersonal, good communication skills and good attitude.
- Good sense and awareness about industry‑related market and customer.
- Adaptable to fast‑paced and dynamic working environment.
- Mandatory possession of SIM A driving license.
- Required skill(s): able to use Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales of TBR‑LTR Tire/OTR Tire directly to fleet customers or distributors.
- Daily visits to customers and new potential customers to develop a good relationship and achieve sales.
- Introduce our products to customers and new potential industries.
- Submit weekly reports on sales activities.
- Prepare quotations for customers and new potential customers.
- Follow up on customer feedback and evaluate product performance.
- Achieve sales targets and be responsible for P&L.
- Work closely with cross‑functional departments (Sales Coordinator, Finance, Logistics and Management).
- Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Conduct tyre, technical, and operation market surveys.
- Identify sales opportunities by defining consumer requirements, market share, competitor strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business, and establishing targeted market share.
- Build and maintain sustainable business relationships with customers, negotiate, and optimize fair‑value deals.
